Señor Taco Mexican Grill began with a dream, a grill, and a whole lot of heart. In 2006, our family opened a tiny taco spot—Señor Taco Express—in Mount Sinai. What started as a humble takeout stand quickly became a local favorite, known for serving up bold, authentic Mexican flavors with a whole lot of love.

From that single small shop, we’ve slowly expanded—never losing our roots, our flavor, or our family feel. Today, Señor Taco proudly serves five Long Island communities: Mount Sinai, Holbrook, Nesconset, Wading River and Southold.

At Señor Taco, everything is made fresh daily, from scratch, using real, honest ingredients. Our salsas, guacamole, and chips are handcrafted. Our meats are marinated in-house. And our margaritas? They’re the real deal—made with 100% agave tequila and organic ingredients, just the way they’re meant to be.
